Decorated with potted plants from big to small, in the sunshine of the sun, this small apartment will really make you unable to take your eyes off.
Owners of apartments filled with green plants are Cecilia Elguero couples and Bret Winans. Previously, she lived in northern California, and when she moved to New York City, Cecila worried that she would miss nature here. So she bought an apartment in Brooklyn, where she planted lots of trees and always had the sun. Each room is covered with greenery and warm light from the east dining room is full of daytime throughout the house.
Cecila is a prop stylist (aka the cook, the dish … for the food stylist to do his job) and Bret is a musician. They both bring home unique collectibles. “We love traveling and home,” Cecilia said, “is a way to keep up with the memories we have. “
They placed a custom bench in the dining area, with boxes placed under the chairs to form a storage area. Shelves for kitchen stalls, dining tables, and even horizontal wooden windows are also used to place small decorative plants.
In addition to being a prop stylist, Cecilia is also a pottery artist. She has made many potted plants and other pots she has bought from her favorite potters.
Living room design is simple but quite impressive. The table has an open drawer to keep things organized. In addition to the large sofa, there is also another white chair placed near the window frame. The small pots on display at the water table, the rest are placed on the floor near the window area forming a green corner.
Every corner is used to place trees, even the shelf above the electric heater.
The dressing area is also adorned with lots of trees planted and planted in different vases and pots.
Bret’s music collection is also set up with several small pots.
Cecilia shared that, at the beginning of time, plants often died of domestication, and then she had to learn and draw a lot of experience to make these pots happy with the new conditions.
