This California couple decided to buy a wooden house built in 1920 and make it their dream home.
Five years ago, Kelley and Greg Motschenbacher went to buy a house in Santa Barbara. With so many different choices, this young couple is attracted by a residential architecture that has been around since the 1920s. The house is too old to be used for modern day living, however, the couple still decides to buy it.
After implementing the renovation and seeing firsthand the results, Kelley and Greg Motschenbacher realized their decision to buy a home was right. Kelley said she would spend the rest of her life with her husband and children in the beautiful place of her dreams. And now she is still happy with her new home.
Bright, elegant colors are selected for use throughout the home. Items such as tables and chairs are carefully selected by the owner to create a classic design that combines with modern space to provide a pleasant contrast.
Continuing in the living room is the same design. By wooden table, bamboo basket, decorative items are animals … on the white background modern eye-catching.
